Invite email not received

Step by step

1. 1

   Open Users & Access pending

   Confirm the person appears under pending invitations.

2. 2

   Resend the invite

   Choose Resend. Ask them to check spam for TeqBook or the salon name.

   Match the email

   They must open the invite with the same email address you invited.

   If they need a login code instead

   OTP / login codes are a different email. Use Can’t receive OTP for sign-in codes, not invite links.
