Confirm the email on the login form
Use the same address the person expects codes on. Typos are the most common miss.
Wait for the resend cooldown
After requesting a code, wait for the cooldown (about a minute) before requesting again. Codes expire after a short window.
Check spam and promotions
Search for TeqBook or the salon name. Ask the recipient to allow the sender if their provider quarantines mail.
Separate invite mail from OTP
Team invite messages are not login codes. If they are waiting on an invite link, use Invite email not received instead.
