Go to Settings → Notifications. Owners manage these preferences for the salon.
Review customer notifications
Toggle customer-facing emails such as booking confirmations and reminders according to what you want guests to receive.
Review your notifications
Adjust internal/staff notification prefs so the right people hear about new or cancelled bookings.
Send a test
Use Send test (or equivalent) to confirm mail reaches your inbox. If you see Failed to send test email, follow the troubleshooting guide.
